Following on from SMP Jazz Club, SMP Soul Club and SMP House Club, we turn our attention to the very best of your new and classic chill out playlists – perfect for Sunday night. Check them out.

Just Chill

Yeah, just chill, will you. That's what this playlist, created by Emee, is all about. Instead of the usual chill out fare, it takes in some unexpected but no less soothing down-tempo classics. Artist such as Paul Simon, Dusty Springfield, Johnny Cash, Iron And Wine, Beach House, Nada Surf, Eric Clapton and, er, P. Diddy.

Chill Out Downtempo Trip-Hop Lounge Nu-Jazz

Relax, unwind and generally slob around to the sounds of Air, Thievery Corporation, Boards of Canada, Aphex Twin, Gold Panda, Bonobo, DJ Shadow, Fink and more. Beautifully put together mixtape, this one. Many thanks to Shan Serran for sending it our way.

Ninja Tune/Trip-Hop/Chill

Next up, a collection of Ninja Tune trip-hop and chill out tracks – music from and inspired by the uber-cool record label comes in the shape of the Felix Da Housecat remix of Nina Simone's Sinnerman, tracks from Fink, Bonobo, Souls Of Mischief, Zero 7, The Cinematic Orchestra feat. Roots Manuva and loads more. Well played, Ross Johnston.

Lazy Sundays

It was created by Jon Greenhalgh. It's called Lazy Sunday. It has nice artwork, with soothing colours and a lovely, steaming cup of coffee. It's described as the “ultimate chill-out playlist”. It features St Germain, Nightmares On Wax, Boards of Canada, Four Tet, DJ Shadow, Dimitri From Paris, Morcheeba, M83, Zero 7, Sébastien Tellier and more. And it's brilliant.

Long live the mixtape!
