Within minutes of moving to Paris I switched on the radio and scanned around the dial. For the following year it stayed firmly at 101.5FM, and when I moved back to good old Angleterre, I found myself buying a Wifi radio just so I could continue to wake up to Radio Nova. This is my ode to a station I have come to love, a selection of tunes respectfully plagiarised from the station’s official playlist - tracks from Vampire Weekend, Aloe Blacc, LCD Soundsystem, Souljazz Orchestra and Balkan Beat Box, among others.
