From that point the band have been a foursome and the current bassplayer is Robert Triches. In their sound, which could be described as a modern 70's, one can find influences of bands like Black Sabbath and Led Zeppelin The Quill have made 8 Albums so far: Full Circle (2011) In Triumph (2006) Hooray! It's a deathtrip (2003) Voodoo Caravan (2002) The Quill (Re-release 2000) Evermore 10" EP (1999) Silver Haze (1999) The Quill (1995) Touring has been a major thing for The Quill. From playing a number of festivals in Sweden and all over Europe. Some of the highlights has been playing at Sweden Rock Festival, several times, where The Quill played together with bands like Deep Purple, Motorhead, Captain Beyond, Whitesnake and Dio.
They have also toured Europe as opening act to Monster Magnet and Glucifer. The were best known for having performed at the original Woodstock festival. 3) There is also a fast hardcore band from Japan named Quill (not The Quill, but they scrobble here regardless), who have been active since the early-to-mid '90s. ...show less
