Tech had his start at Doggystyle records, where he recorded with other LBC Crew affiliates Lil C Style, Tray Deee, Bad Azz, and Snoop Doggy Dogg. Tech was a part of the era of the legendary Death Row Records, although never signed, and appeared on Snoop Doggy Dogg's Doggfather LP, as well as Daz Dillinger's Retaliation, Revenge, and Get Back, and other DR albums. He eventually left Doggystyle, due to creative differences. Tech then went on to find a home on Hoo Bangin Records, led by Westside Connection's Mack 10.
Although Techniec's scheduled album 18 & Over album was never released, he continued to keep his name hot, appearing on various Hoo Bangin albums such as MC Eiht, Mack 10, and Da Hood album. XXL magazine can be quoted as saying Techniec "stole the show" on Mack 10 Presents Da Hood album. Soon after, Tech left Hoo Bangin, and continued to spread Dynamic Certified mixtapes around the streets of California. Tech has also recently been touring with The Game on the How The West Was Won tour.. ...show less
