Josh Homme
Joshua Michael Homme (born May 17, 1973) is a musician from Palm Desert, California. He was a founding member of desert rock band Kyuss, which split up in 1997, and is the only continuous member of alternative band, Queens of the Stone Age. He also continues to produce and release a musical improv series with other musicians known as The Desert Sessions. Homme and his wife, Spinnerette frontwoman Brody Dalle, have a daughter named Camille Harley Joan Homme, born on January 17 2006, and a son, Orrin Ryder Homme, born August 12 2011. The couple resides in Palm Springs. In 2009, Homme started a new musical project with no more no less than Dave Grohl (Foo Fighters, Nirvana) and John Paul Jones (Led Zeppelin) known as Them Crooked Vultures.
Homme's the lead vocals and plays guitar on TCV. The group also features Alain Johannes in live performances.
