Doug Pinnick (born September 3, 1950 in Braidwood, Illinois) is the bassist and lead vocalist for the progressive metal band King's X. He also has a solo project, Poundhound, which has released two albums. Doug dropped the Poundhound moniker for his latest album, Emotional Animal, instead crediting himself as "dUg Pinnick." Pinnick was also a member of the short-lived band Supershine, along with long-time Trouble guitarist, Bruce Franklin and Trouble drummer, Jeff Oly Olson.
