Since this time the pioneers of ambient worked on shaping the history of chillout and lounge and have been successful with their multimedia concepts. Today, Aural Float is looking back on three albums and remixes for artists such as Paul van Dyk, A-ha, Xavier Naidoo, Anne Clark and Juli.

With their contributions to tv formats such as SpaceNight and Flowmotion Aural Float have left a remarkable impression in the chillout scene in the last years. Their new DVD 'Moving Images' includes selected Aural Float tracks and videos. The tracks are interpreted anew in an exciting way by well-known video artists, based on high quality film material. The DVD has been produced and published in cooperation with corbis motion, one of the most repected image and film agencies for digital media.

In 1996, Aural Float took over the creative direction of the german cult tv-series SPACENIGHT broadcasted on station BR and associated CD/DVD compilations series as well. As a prototype of a holistic TV concept with spectacular images and visionary sound spheres, it received international attention. The concept of this groundbreaking project was to combine original NASA/ESA film- and video- and documentary footage from outer space with music made on earth.
